Vivi announced their National Treasure-Level Ikemen Ranking for the second half of 2019. Vivi received over 80 thousand votes for this ranking.

1st – Hirano Sho (King & Prince) (22) – 35442 points

King from Birth, 1st Place for the second time

Into the Hall of fame he goes

In 2018, he debuted as a member of King & Prince and became an instant hit.

For the 2018 ranking for the first half of the year, Arata-kun was 1st, Yoshizawa-kun was 2nd.
For the 2018 ranking for the second half of the year, Yoshizawa-kun came 1st.
Yoshizawa-kun went into the Hall of Fame after getting 1st once. Arata-kun didn't.
What are the requirements to enter the Hall of Fame?
It's always been a mystery to me. I tried looking it up but couldn't find anything.

This is just a guess but I think the requirement is getting in the top three two years in a row, and then getting 1st place in the 3rd year. Suda-kun got 2nd/2nd/1st and then entered the Hall of Fame. Yoshizawa-san also got 3rd/2nd/1st and then entered the Hall of Fame so...
